My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A very quiet day yesterday. Three very short meetings but one with my new boss, who seemed happy with progress so far. No time for a workout as we had learners practice before main practice. J did really well and I’m going to sign him off his level 1 soon. Just need him to practice a couple of other drills he hasn’t done in a while. Late night back from the pub.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is going to be busy today, but is up for it. Lots of back to back meetings, no break, no time for lunchtime walk. I’m hoping it will all work to time, and help keep the day moving fast. Dinner out with colleague tonight to catch up on her news. Haven’t really had a chance to talk properly in ages.
Todays Sweet Spot:

I’ve got a busy day ahead which I’m going to enjoy and make the most of.
I feel:
Tired due to the last few late nights, but looking forward to today.
I do:
1) (body) short workout when I get home, walk into town for dinner later.
2) (mind) lots to do and take note of.
3) (soul) enjoy the sense of purpose for today.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Every person has their own way of speaking, listening, and connecting with others. We have our own love language, and we have our own way of communicating too. We’re unique.
