My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A quieter day but interesting meeting in the morning. I spoke of the projects I’d been allocated, and several people came straight in with offers of information or help, or connecting me to other people. It was really great. Had a fairly constant flow of emails throughout the day. Did a lower body strength workout when I got home. After dinner we had a Zoom call with the other couple we’re paired up with for the Canada trip next year. We told them we weren’t keen on the idea of sharing a camper van for a variety of reasons we didn’t go into but they seemed ok with that. There’s some further details to iron out, and we’ll get together again next month. It was the first time C said I was retiring as if it were already fact, so I was pleasantly surprised at that.

Has a couple of meetings today, mostly observational ones. I have opportunity to get my flu jab done today, a lunchtime walk, another new workout, then relax. A good mix of work and play.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m enjoying being in a more dynamic team with people who aren’t telling you what to do all the time, but trusting you to get on with it, who are interested in progress and offer support.
I feel:
More supported, more valued and more team orientated.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout this evening.
2) (mind) new project work after pre discovery meeting.
3) (soul) feel so much more valued and fulfilled.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Consider people for who they are, not their gender.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased with progress so far under my new management. I know it’s early days, but already I feel its a more positive, progressive environment.
