My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Very productive day yesterday. Got a load more admin done and cleared all emails from all inboxes that no longer required further action from me. I even completed my second level of Safeguarding training, and listened to an hour long SOSI “live” recording on the 90 day reinvention. We’d walked into town for lunch and I chose something quite light. I did two workouts in the evening, a 30 minute upper body sculpt, and a 30 minute standing pilates. I read for a while, then we had quite a late dinner.

will only do things that align with my signature goal, my word of the year, and my 90 day reinvention plan.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can do things that will enhance my environment and support my 90 day goal today. Putting things away, and food prep for the week ahead. Maybe a workout or two later.
I feel:
On the ball, up to date with things, and positive about their impact.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town. Ringing. Workout.
2) (mind) a meeting later where I’ll try to be more of an observer than active participant.
3) (soul) set myself up for a good week ahead.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Don’t stress the big finish – sometimes the journey is the best part.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad to have cleared all my inboxes and to have completed the next level of Safeguarding training. Everything up to date now.
