My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Rearranged my workout equipment yesterday, to make it more accessible. In doing so, I played with the pilates ring and dug out my hula hoop and did some of that. Pleased I hadn’t lost the knack. By the time I’d done that, and my food prep for this week, I decided against a full workout, and read whilst C was out instead. I was more observer than participant during the meeting, and quickly did some admin for the Chair who keeps saying they don’t have time, I did it in about 10 minutes during the call, but I guess it depends on your skill set. I also got everyone set up with cccbr.org.uk email alldresses so they can access the Teams channel, again something else the Chair has been saying they’re going to do but never gets around to. Unfortunately, he’s quite ineffectual, spending all this time producing pretty flow diagrams rather than getting on with things. I’ve promised to attend more regularly, as Exec Sponsor, so I can help keep things moving.

has a few meetings today, and will need to assess the validity of some of the projects I’ve been given, as it appears some have been superseded by other events. No learners practice so I should be able to do a workout before normal practice tonight.

I am a good place for progressive, positive actions, whether work, workout, or ringing is concerned.
I feel:
Positive about clear actions and enthused to get things done.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) positive action.
3) (soul) good, nutritious food and exercise.
Future Self Pep Talk:
We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Dusted off the hula hoop yesterday and gave it a twirl for about 20 minutes. Workout equipment moved out of the floor space into an area more easily accessible.
