My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
I failed at attempting to write the business case again yesterday. Just couldn’t get excited about doing it, and there was a reasonably constant run or emails, as well as three meetings back to back over the lunchtime period. I didn’t get out for my walk until gone 2pm. By that time my brain was done. I did a bodyweight blast when I got home which woke me up enough to last the two and a half hour long evening meeting.
Current Emotion
Curious.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has more meetings throughout today but has opportunity to make a start on the business case doc. Is dressed for the weather, so will go for a walk whatever. Will do a full workout this evening. I am curious to see why suddenly I’ve lost 2lbs overnight and now only 3lbs away from goal, when I’ve done nothing different all week.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I want to be very careful when we go out for dinner tonight. C is at the point of the kitchen refit where we’ll have no sink or plumbing and has said we need to eat out tonight.
I feel:
Ready for the weekend and determined to keep on track.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) keeping busy and focused.
3) (soul) listen to the SOSI Diamond call recording today.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Great works are performed, not by strength, but by perseverance.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Whatever the reason, I’m nearer my goal, perhaps as a result of perseverance and consistency.
