Luxuriating

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Although yet again I didn’t attempt the business case document, I felt I had a more productive day. There were a few meetings scattered throughout the day, and inbetween I kept all my emails up to date and actioned. My former boss called me just to see how I was getting on. I obtained a new coaching client as well. When I got home I completed a 30min sculpting weighted workout, then we went out to the newly reopened Turkish restaurant. I did make decent food choices except for a cocktail and dessert. An evening wrapped up on the sofa under a blanket.

Current Emotion
Luxuriating.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
takes exquisite care of her body. Worksout first thing before a massage and haircut later on. Has some admin to do and a book to finish.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have a day of self care ahead. This is not selfish, this is self- preservation ahead of a very busy weekend.

I feel:
Good about myself, my body, my mind, my work, rest and play.

I do:
1) (body) Workout first thing. Massage.
2) (mind) some admin to do, then reading.
3) (soul) get comfortable with taking care of myself, unapologetically.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Empathy and communication are your peaceful weapons and armour.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Stuck to my plan of good food, exercise and hydration. Made mostly decent choices when we were out for dinner.
