My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Felt like a bit of a spare part yesterday. We didn’t go to the district practice in the morning so C could contine fitting the kitchen sink. My best move then was to walk into town to buy some lunch for us, at least that way I got what I wanted and chose a salmon potato salad. I decided to get the ironing done so I could at least feel like I’d done something useful with my day. In the afternoon we had a meeting which was quite civilised and I have notes to write up from there. We didn’t go to the pub afterwards, so C could finish the last bit of plumbing. We decided to get fish and chips on the way home. Another evening meal write off. C went back to the sink, and I drifted in and out of napping whilst reading.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Can do some stepping and hula hooping this morning. Walk into town for ringing, gets first draft notes written up, practices a method for this afternoon, attempts a quarter peal, gets food prep done, then a meeting at 8pm.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have a lot to do, but there is room to juggle things about a bit if necessary.

I feel:
Confident at the method, ahead of the game and willing to do the work.

I do:
1) (body) Stepping, hula hoop, walking, two lots of ringing.
2) (mind) notes and meeting.
3) (soul) prep food for next week.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Cherish yourself at any age and value your life experiences.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Got one chore out of the way yesterday and gave myself a head start for today. Why put off til tomorrow what you can get done today?
