Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Pleased with everything I did yesterday. Stepping and hula hooping before walking into town for ringing. Food prep and method practice before a successful quarter peal where I didn’t make any mistakes. The evening meeting was emotionally charged after the email I’d had to send following the Trustee’s meeting decision the day before. I knew it wouldn’t go down well and it needed to be dealt with urgently. Thankfully no one held me personally responsible but there’s going to be a backlash over it and some fall outs.

Seems to be back on track with weightloss, athough still not sure I’d get to my goal in the next 4 days. But, I do have a fully prepped week ahead. The kitchen is back in action so we’re back to home cooked food, except for tonight, and back on plan.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have some meetings, need to buy a salad for dinner tonight for a quick turn around, and will have to leave work early to get out again. Then we have normal practice tonight with lots of extra people wanting to come.
I feel:
Focused, on track, determined.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, ringing.
2) (mind) meetings, business case
3) (soul) back to home cooked food.
