My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A quietish day yesterday. I’d forgotten my new boss was on leave this week, so I’d prepared for our one-to-one, only to sit and wait, then nothing! There was a very useful project meeting held in the afternoon, then I had to leave site early and finish up at home. C and I went to a thank you event at a little church a few miles away with a ring of 3 chiming bells, that C and someone else had been doing some work on to make them ringable again. We did some demonstration chiming and some people had a go. From there we came back to our own practice night. None of the usual pub goers so we came home afterwards. Read for a while before bed.

Needs to help resolve a ringing related issue that has now kicked off, possibly as suspected, after Sunday night’s meeting. Project meetings this morning, business case this afternoon. Workout, then a bit more food prep for the rest of this week.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I need to stay focussed and on track. Eat some more frogs to get some hard stuff done.
I feel:
Concerned about the individual concerned, as well as the fallout it has now created. It needs to be resolved urgently.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, workout.
2) (mind) stay focused on business case development.
3) (soul) prep the next few days of food to keep on track.
Future Self Pep Talk:
It is vital to remember that everyone measures the world by their own standards and to respect those differences.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
The event at the little church was quite a cute event for the local congregation. Although the average age was very senior, there was plenty of interest in the bells.
