Wondering

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Actually spent the majority of my working day actually working for the first time in a long time. Had the usual Tuesday morning meetings, then did some work on project planning and had a coaching call in the afternoon. Managed a 30 min upper body strength workout with my 7.5kgs dumbbells when I got home and 10mins of hula hooping. Spent the rest of the evening reading and watching tv.

Current Emotion
Wondering.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
wonders what she could really achieve if she’s of a mind to. I have meetings throughout today, the business case still to do, a workout and a Zoom call this evening. If I put my mind to being productive and determined, I could get it all done easily.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m starting to feel better at work now I have things to do and have always prefered to be busy.

I feel:
more inclined to get things done.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, workout.
2) (mind) meetings, writing.
3) (soul) plan for next week’s meals.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Never dwell a the material things that are out of your reach. It is best to concentrate on what is already inside you – your soul, heart and mind.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Almost didn’t really feel like doing a workout last night but did my planned 30 mins, then decided I didn’t feel like that was enough so added on some hula hooping.
