Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Bossed it yesterday. Ate that frog and got on with the business case. It was made easier by being able to use Copilot to do a lot of the heavy lifting. All I need to do now is check the numbers. I circulated it to the service lead to start reading through the text when she’s back from leave. It felt very satisfying. A 30 min lower body strength workout when I got home and a very quick Zoom call with someone to show me how to retrieve some data. Simple when you know how!

A quieter day today, but an opportunity to look around some files for projects I’ve been allocated. A potential new coaching client intake this afternoon. Workout, then relax into the weekend.
I feel:
Relaxed about something else that’s going on. I’m not going to get embroiled in it.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, workout.
2) (mind) explore project files and practice methods for Sunday.
3) (soul) deep breaths when things get messy.
Future Self Pep Talk:
To uderstand others is wisdom; to know self is illumination. To vanquish others requires force; to vanquish self requires strength.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Really pleased at having the bulk of the business case done and out there. Pleased with how I was able to use Copilot to help respond to questions.
