My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A productive day. Saw a pharmacist about my blocked up ear and they suggested some other spray that has a mild anti bacteria property to help fight infection, if that’s what the issue is. Powered though some admin and had two meetings in the afternoon. I followed that with the final pilates session in the first series. I didn’t feel like too much energetic stuff today. Read for quite a bit too. The kitchen is coming along nicely and the cupboards almost ready for restocking. It does look rather good.

is motivated to get on with things. Now there’s a clear direction, we can move on things and get them done.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
A morning of judging a striking competition in the cold and possibly wet. It may involve lunch out afterwards. Some method relearning ready for tomorrow. I may even do a workout later.
I feel:
Hopeful that today will be a good day.
I do:
1) (body) do something in the afternoon to move my body after being sat down all morning.
2) (mind) pay attention whilst judging, then relearning methods.
3) (soul) don’t feel like everything is my problem to solve.

Its your responsibility to care for yourself without excuses.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
A couple of really good conversations yesterday, enabling us to move forward on some things.
