My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
An early start for judging a competition. Thankfully we were inside out of the cold blast, but with the window open it was still cold enough. There were 14 teams all ringing 5mins of plain hunt doubles. Some with much more success. It was a good morning and everyone, despite nerves, seemed to be enjoying themselves. We didn’t get home until gone 3pm, so by the time we’d had a cup of tea, I didn’t really feel like a workout. I opted for finishing my book instead. I had a late meeting in the evening which was informative and useful.

Todays Standard:

Needs to practice the methods for today properly. Has food prep to do, and another late meeting that could be hard going.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will practice the methods first thing before Service ringing, as we won’t have time to come home between. We’ll get as far as we’ll get. I won’t be the weakest link. Food prep as soon as we get back home, then maybe some ironing, and this meeting.
I feel:
Anxious that I don’t know the methods as well as I should. Anxious about this evening’s meeting and how we move forward under difficult circumstances.
I do:
1) (body) Walk into town. Lots of ringing.
2) (mind) keep my mind on the methods. Keep neutral during the meeting.
3) (soul) remember the result of the meeting is not mine alone.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Actually quite enjoyed judging the competition yesterday. It was a long morning but everyone seemed to be in good spirits, and pleased with the results.
