Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Pleased with results all round yesterday. We had 10 for service ringing in the morning. The peal was successful, although everyone had a go at some minor errors. Got home and bashed through food prep for this week. Then, after dinner, had a meeting with the other senior officers to discuss a serious problem that needs urgently resolving. It seemed neither of the other two either had a clue, or wanted to lead the conversation, so I did. I set out what I thought the immediate problems were, and we came to an agreement about what to do about it. I only came out of it with the same action I went in with so happy there’s nothing extra for me to do at the moment.

A few meetings today. An opportunity to be kept busy. No learner practice tonight, so chance for a workout before normal practice.
I feel:
Quietly powerful off the back of successful ringing and meeting. Capable of ringing hard stuff, and chairing meetings successfully.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) focused on productive positive action.
3) (soul) catch up on SOSI class from last week.
Future Self Pep Talk:
During your short breaks, do something that benefits you. This can be getting a drink, stretching, closing your eyes, deep breathing exercises, a going for a short walk.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased to have scored yesterdays peal. My 175th and someone’s first.There was talk of getting a peal board made for the tower.
