My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
An encouraging day yesterday. A couple of very short meetings in the morning, and an opportunity to explore some more project files. Met up with a friend for coffee and caught up on her news. Caught up on some new SOSI content following an upgrade to the website. Did a 30 min workout when I got home but did struggle a bit. I wonder if it was because I’d gone in hard the day before. Just chilled for the rest of the evening.

Having taken the quiz on the SOSI website I’ve been categorised as a Curator and my area of interest should be Styish Living, so I’m going to re-explore that area.
I feel:
Intrigued. Let’s see what stylish living tips I get.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) learning about stylish living and how I can incorporate it into my life more.
3) (soul) meal planning day, good chance to find some feel good food.
Future Self Pep Talk:
On average it takes 21 days to build a habit, but some people need more time than that.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Positive interactions at work. I contacted someone who would be assisting me in some of the projects I’m now working on. He was very useful person to know and helped me understand the process more.
