My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Meetings that didn’t last as long as they had been scheduled for, easy progress being made across projects. Time to spare. Catch up on some revisited SOSI content in the Stylish Living section. Nothing new there really, other than the need to do it. We are gradually. Once the kitchen is finished I can start getting the lounge back in order, and tackle the bedrooms. Opted out of a workout in favour of method learning for tonight instead.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will clear her work inbox. Go for a walk/jog. Practice the methods for tonight again. Ring to the best of her ability in the peal attempt this evening.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will be able to focus at work now I have a plan to capture daily project updates. A bit more method practice to be able to recite them easily and we’re good to go.
I feel:
Slightly agitated. I feel like I’m skipping school by wearing jeans to the office, then leaving early to work from home so we have a prompt get away.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Lots of ringing.
2) (mind) clear the inbox. Recite the methods.
3) (soul) breathe. Its not the end of the world if we don’t score the peal.
Future Self Pep Talk:
A light insult can make you snap more easing. Resist by testing your assumptions before reacting.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Bought an ear clearing tool with a camera on the end. Was able to determine my blockage is just compacted wax. Managed to clear a lot of gunk out, but still lots there needing softening and removal though.
