My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Bossed it yesterday. Totally calm at the Dentist. No work needed although she’s still trying to get me see a hygienist. No thanks. Straight into finishing the Trustee minutes and sending them off to review. All inboxes cleared and up to date and some other admin tasks out of the way. Chatted with our financial adviser who didn’t have the answers I was hoping for immediately to hand, so I’ve told him to get the figures to me within two weeks, as I need to know before end of December. I came away from that disappointed, as I’d really hoped to have had a definite figure to work with. C wasn’t particularly helpful and stayed out of the way and moaned about it afterwards. Completely cleared the huge ironing pile as we’ll be busy the rest of the weekend. Followed that with a 30 minute workout, but didn’t feel like I’d done enough by the end so added a 10 minute abs session on for good measure. Then I got to sit down and chill for the rest of the evening. Rather pleased at having achieved all I set out to do, and more.

Excited.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
took her measurements and photos really for checking into a new workout cycle. Has lost 2lbs, and some cms since last time. This evidences that I am capable of sticking to the plan and making better choices when I’m out. I will be chairing meetings this morning, trying a new workout this afternoon and going to a quiz evening.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I willl be curating my day to include positive connections and actions that get me towards my 30 day goal of becoming 170lbs.

I feel:
Excited to learn new workouts and try new recipes from this cycle and ensure I choose wisely when dining out or snacking.

I do:
1) (body) Walk into town. New cycle workout this afternoon.
2) (mind) focus on meeting agenda and forward progression.
3) (soul) leaning into curating my days with intention.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You are allowed to want more for yourself for no other reason than because it makes you happy.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Absolutely smashed yesterday. Minutes, admin, ironing, workout, reading. All achieved as required, and more.
