Relieved

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Enjoyed yesterday. Despite it being a 3hr long meeting to discuss everyone’s projects, it was really interesting. It was good to finally meet some people face to face. And despite it being quite a noisy room to work in, being able to walk across to someone to ask a question was incredibly helpful. I came away mid afternoon and finished off working from home. That also meant I had more time to workout, so opted for a 30 min full body dumbbell session, followed by a 10 mins core session. Definitely feeling it in my legs after the day before too! Spent the rest of the evening choosing meals for next week, watching tv, and sleeping.

Current Emotion
Relieved.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is relaxed and relieved about the end of another week and a full day of not needing to be anywhere tomorrow. Today will be fairy quiet, opportunity to clear my inbox. C is out this evening so I would do some admin ahead of tomorrow or just have a peaceful evening to myself.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can now progress several things again after yesterday and will arrange kick off meetings.

I feel:
Happy that I have nowhere to be tomorrow and can live a free day however I want to.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) clear my inbox and relax into the weekend.
3) (soul) do what has to be done, then chill.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Being in a place of self-love will make you aware of yourself, your relationships, your surroundings, and life in general.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Really quite enjoyed the project meeting yesterday. Felt heard, supported and recognised. Got to speak to people and agreed ways forward.
