Tranquil

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
A quiet day all round yesterday. No meetings, hardly much to do as waiting on information from others. Really felt DOMS in my legs and glutes all day. Could have easily been talked out of my planned workout as knowing even the warm up would be painful, but in a way, it actually helped to do some stretching. It was an upper body strength workout anyway, and I had to mix the weights up between 7.5, 5 and 1.5kgs for the various moves. C was off out with the boys, so I had a quiet evening to myself. Listened to some music, before watching an episode of my current Netflix series The Sandman. Fell asleep until he came home. I didn’t do any admin, or paint my nails, or anything that I’d thought of doing during the day, and I don’t feel bad about it.

Current Emotion
Tranquil.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is relaxed and calm. Will complete some admin today and clear some of the inboxes. Will look for inspiration for updating some of my surroundings. Will workout later on. Read. Take things easy and peacefully.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have one meeting later but otherwise don’t need to be anywhere, or do anything particular today, so I can curate a day of peace and tranquility. I will do things I feel have to be done and anything else will be a bonus.

I feel:
Relaxed. Peaceful. Deliberate.

I do:
1) (body) Might walk into town later then a workout.
2) (mind) Explore options for the CCCBR survey and what to do with it next.
3) (soul) spend the rest of the day peacefully.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Picturing our perfect morning brings excitement in advance. Living it out is using that fire to progress.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Actually quite proud that I did a workout last night. Wasn’t looking forward to it as the leg and glute DOMS were really bad just the thought of the warm up was bad enough. But, as I’d planned an upper body strength session, I figured the warm up would be good for a stretch, then focus on arms.
