My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Was ready for an active day yesterday. Walked, briskly, into town in the morning and bought some flowers and other bits. Held a really good meeting with someone, discussing survey data and how to progress that. Cleared all my inboxes of things needing immediate attention. Went with C back into town to get all the bells up ready for a visiting band today, athough we drove in that time. Got back home and did an upper body resistance band workout. I hadn’t really realised it was only upper body, on top of the one I did the day before, I’m anticipating some DOMS! Read for a bit, gamed, and watched tv.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
was volunteered to ring in a peal attempt today, but C can’t remember actually confirming with the organiser, and there’s some doubt now as to whether we’re needed, as we haven’t had the usual reminder message. I suppose we could have phoned the organiser yesterday, but we’ll turn up ready, just in case and if not needed, probably wander around the shops a bit then come home again! Nothing else planned for today.

Regardless of ringing or not, I’ll go with the flow, and enjoy however the day unfolds.
I feel:
I’m getting a bit in the festive spirit early, thinking about what to get certain people, and what I’ll need to get, as I’m planning on making edible gifts for most of the family.
I do:
1) (body) if we’re ringing this morning, it’d be up to nearly 3.5 hrs worth.
2) (mind) if we’re ringing, I’ll need to keep my mind on the method, even though its one I know well.
3) (soul) go with the flow. If we’re not needed, see the funny side of it, and change plans.
