My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Success breads success. At least that’s what I’m choosing to believe. Another successful day yesterday. Got the ironing done first thing. Service ringing at the cathedral, followed by an early lunch, then another successful peal in the afternoon. Food prepped for the week ahead, and admin cleared. Sat on a call in the evening as on observer, but was asked a direct question, and offered some advice as well. I’m choosng to believe that if I feel successful, I will be.

I have some SOSI content to catch up on. A couple of meetings and some things to arrange. I will have time for a workout tonight, as there’s no ringing. I may have a meeting but awaiting confirmation.
I feel:
Positive, confident, successful, optimistic, happy and playful.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) postlive vibes only allowed.
3) (soul) setting myself up for success.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Self-discipline is not self-deprevation, but a setting of high quality standard for yourself and achieving it.
