Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A good day, even though not a particularly busy one. Only had one meeting in the afternoon, and that doesn’t really need me to pay too much attention. I cleared my inbox, read and gamed for a bit. No ringing last night, so I was able to do a workout again and kept it simple, with the 25 min leg resistance band session. It wasn’t a particularly sweat inducing one. Spent the rest of the evening watching tv and playing games.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is cosy and warm, C having put the heating on now. I’m finding fun in going through my winter wardrobe selecting jumpers to keep me warm at work, and home.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
A flurry of meetings back to back this morning, then a quiet afternoon ahead. A quiet evening in store too. Time to relax and plan christmas creations.
I feel:
Relaxed. Unhurried. Observant.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) plan out meetings and desired outcomes.
3) (soul) not get involved in drama created by others.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Building your ideal body takes time. As the age old adage goes, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Grateful C has now put the heating on. Makes a real difference in the morning’s walking into the bathroom.
