My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
If the day before was idiotic, yesterday was the total opposite. Yes, I was still bored a bit, but without having made my breakfast juice, I had an extra peppermint tea in the morning, and didn’t have my first snack until 10.15am. I went for a brisk walk at about 12.30pm and had my lunch afterwards, then didn’t have my second snack until after 3pm. I didn’t have any extras, and I drank 2l of water at work. I did my workout, a 30 min HIIT. Then had dinner and a meeting. I was wide awake until 10pmish. I did get bored during the day but found some interesting history documentaries on Youtube to watch.

Current Emotion
Jolly.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has a quietish day ahead, but is out for dinner and a comedy show with colleagues this evening, and is ready to have a laugh.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have prepped my breakfast juice, have my food for the day planned, except for dinner. I will pick wisely tonight. I won’t have time for a workout, so will make sure I get a good walk in at lunchtime. I’m looking forward to a night out with the girls.

I feel:
Upbeat, jolly, in a good mood, ready for fun.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk.
2) (mind) plan what I need to achieve over the weekend.
3) (soul) allow myself to let go and laugh.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Changing your body doesn’t mean you dislike it; it means you value your health and want to optimise it.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Back to being on track. Mindset shifted. Purpose driven.
