Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Very quiet day at the office, mostly spent watching You Tube videos on History Hit. Had a coaching call later in the afternoon. Got picked up at home, by my former boss, as she drove us to the venue for dinner and the comedy show. As we walked from the car, one of my other colleagues commented on how slim l looked. We had a lovely meal, and lots of wine before going with the comedy club. You could order more drinks from where you were sat, so more wine was consumed. Most alcohol I’ve drunk in a very long time. The show had 3 acts, one slightly famous face, even though she wasn’t headlining. It was all amusing, but not rip roaringly funny. Very late night out, but good fun.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is planning what edible gifts to make for family for Christmas, and writing a list of things I need to buy in readiness. Has another call with the financial adviser, even though I’ve had to do all the leg work. Some admin to do today. I will workout later, maybe even do 2.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m glad I have today off. I’m happy planning out what I want to do, and ensuring each element is curated the way I want it to be.
I feel:
Relaxed about my day ahead, and looking forward to a mix of things throughout my day.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town for some bits. Workout or 2 later.
2) (mind) read, plan, meet, discuss finances, admin.
3) (soul) relax into my day, add elements of self care.
Future Self Pep Talk:
The decent method you follow is better than the perfect method you quit.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Fun night out with the girls. Lovely food, chat, and laughs.
