Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
What a great day yesterday was. Walked into town and bought some bits towards the edible gifts I want to make for Christmas. Couldn’t get everything I needed, so drove to Hobbycraft for the rest. Whilst I was there I popped into Next and bought some new items, then into Sports Direct and bought some new workout gear, and a really cute “tennis” dress. Back home we had our meeting with our financial adviser, and C was much more amenable to my retirement plans, having discovered a quote I’d got lost year, so we were able to calculate the potential income. That all sounded more positive. After lunch we had a look at our Canada trip details and booked our out going flight to Calgary. We looked at some of the other areas en route and a few of the hotel options so when we meet with our travel buddies next week we can finalise the details and book the rest. I did a 30 min dumbbell workout followed by a 10 min abs session and felt pretty good afterwards. Got the Trustee meeting minutes sent out. Then a quiet night in front of the tv.

I am a woman who:
creates an on plan breakfast to sustain her during the morning. Has ordered a simple, warming lunch without unecessary fried food. Will spend most of the day ringing to help other people progress their skills.

I feel:
More excited about retirement plans and Canada trip now plans are starting to firm up and things being booked.
I do:
1) (body) lots of ringing. Good fuel.
2) (mind) keep on the method to support the learners.
3) (soul) giving others the chance to learn, and give something back.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Always listen to yourself when setting goals; don’t let societal expectations dictate them.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Retirement plans coming together. Flights to Calgary booked and other stops investigated.
