Intentional

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
Productive, positive day yesterday. C asked me to call a different touch of Plain Bob Minor in the morning. All adding to my repertoire. Spoke to Dad who is preparing offical lasting power of attorney documents, as based on my previous suggestion. He’s doing both financial, and health ones, and wants me to be in charge of the financial one. At home, I blasted through the ironing pile. It looked bigger than it was because it was mostly chunky rugby shirts and jumpers now the weather is colder. After lunch I did my food prep for the week ahead. Then, when C went out ringing, I did 2x 20 minute low impact workouts. Spent the rest of the evening reading, watching tv, and gaming.

Current Emotion
Intentional.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Has prepared food for the week ahead with the intention of sticking to plan, determined to lose some weight during the last week of the month.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will have no distractions this week, no additional eating opportunities and no intention to eat extra food. I realise I’m unlikely to reach my 30 day goal again, but I want to try hard to get close.

I feel:
Absolutely determined.

I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) plan workouts for the week ahead. Stick to planned food only.
3) (soul) remember my ” Why”. Be determined.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Trying new things isn’t about change – it’s about discovering your untapped potential.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Learning a new touch to call. Clearing the ironing. Bossing the food prep. Working out. All intended. All done.
