My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A slow day yesterday. A couple of very short meetings and a workshop in the afternoon that I don’t really have to pay much attention in. I read and gamed a bit. Time for a full body workout when I got home before ringing. Only stayed in the pub for 2 rounds, so a relative early night for a Monday.

Today should be a good, busy day. 4 short meetings this morning, a session on the business case this afternoon.
I feel:
Looking forward to a busy day, and catching up with a colleague.
I do:
1) (body) maybe a lunchtime walk. Workout or 2.
2) (mind) keep busy and engaged.
3) (soul) catch up on SOSI studio session to plan out my next 30 days.

Each body is unique, and that’s something to celebrate.
