Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Tuesday’s are often my busiest day at work. Four, short, back to back meetings in the morning. This week I also had a workshop session with a colleague to go through the draft business case. That helped both of us focus on it. Just a couple of things to be added in then it’s good to go around for the next round of reviews. That got me really buzzing, and after a quick, but late, lunchtime walk, I got stuck into some other outstanding tasks. Very productive day. Got home not really wanting to do my planned lower body strength workout, I’m not really a fan of strength ones, but I told myself that I wasn’t going to get any stronger if I didn’t do them. I got my 7.5kgs dumbbells and my 10kg kettlebell out and went for it. Pretty pleased I actually did it. Feeling it in my glutes this morning already.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
loves being busy. Has less time for meaningless distractions, and gets things done. Has more meetings today, and others to arrange. Will smash out the upper body workout tonight. Then meet with our Canada travel buddies to finalise some booking arrangements.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
We’re nearly through another week. Time seems to be charging ahead. I’m planning for christmas, and going to enjoy the process.
I feel:
Excited to be busy, productive and useful.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Upper body strength workout.
2) (mind) focus on a busy day and Canada plans.
3) (soul) menu planning for next week.

To widen your comfort zone, leave it occasionally and try new paths.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased to have focused on the Business Case yesterday. It would have drifted again had I not got my colleague in the room. It gave me the impetus to tackle other things as well. Including my workout.
