My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
A mixed bag of a day yesterday. A couple of meetings sprinkled about, with down time in between. Got a walk in at lunchtime and catch us on SOSI video blog. Did the upper body strength workout when I got home, using 7.5kgs and 3kgs dumbbells. Saw some definite deltoid muscle definition, almost stopped to take a photo. Had a call with our Canada buddies and decided some of the other arrangements. We’re going to book the Honolulu and Vancouver Island hotels for now, and they’re going to book the main Vancouver one, and look into ferries and a coach trip through the Rockies. Getting more real now, and exciting.

Current Emotion
Divine.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
takes exquisite care of her body, inside and out. Takes time to exercise, and strengthen, nourish and pamper. Has enough to do now to keep her engaged and occupied, and sets herself up for success.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have a couple of meetings today, but otherwise a quiet one. Readying for the weekend ahead and calming.

I feel:
Physically and mentally in a good place, ready to explore the weekend with enthusiasm and productivity.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Lower body band strength workout.
2) (mind) find out about another new project today.
3) (soul) finish the working week on a productive high.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Only you can determine whether your experience will become a burden, or a basis for growth.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Went to book a December massage, only to discover the one I thought I’d booked for Friday wasn’t on my app schedule. Luckily my masseuse is available around the same time I had in any own diary, so I hastily booked it, and one for December.
