Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
Good day really. Advanced practice was good. Only 12 there and most of them didn’t need to be. Despite there being more women than men there, not one woman was asked to conduct anything, or even just say go and stop for a plain couse of something. Anyway, it wasn’t too taxing. We came home via B&Q, the tile shop, and garden centre, having lunch in the garden centre for a change. Got some ideas for flooring for the kitchen now. Read some. Gamed some. Decided that I needed to move, so did a low impact workout. Then read, gamed and watched tv some more.

Is looking forward to a peaceful afternoon whilst C is out ringing. Have the usual food prep to do, but might also make a start on some of the edible gifts I’m making for family. Start putting some of my cake stuff back in the cupboard.
Todays Sweet Spot:

I’ll quite enjoy some time to myself pottering about in the kitchen.
I feel:
Inclined to rest from workouts today having done essentially 9 days in a row.
I do:
1) (body) Walk into town for ringing.
2) (mind) manage my mind and focus on fun stuff.
3) (soul) prepare nutritious, good food for the week ahead.

Being limitless is a choice that you make every day. It’s entirely up to you, regardless of the circumstances.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad we’ve nearly made a decision on kitchen flooring now. It will look so much better once that’s done.
