Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.
Current Thought:
A bit of everything yesterday. New SOSI content. Redraft of the Business Case completed. New migration project kicked off. Cyber project workshop. Lunchtime walk/jog. First of the Body Coach 12 Days of Christmas challenge done, including a proper set of burpees. Ringing. Back home for rest as none of the pub goers were there. I might have to rewatch the SOSt class again though, as I can’t remember much about it.

Meetings scattered throughout the day. Lunchtime walk. Day 2 of the 12 Days of Christmas challenge. An evening of calm.
I feel:
Delighted at how I’m adapting to my new team and how I’ve been welcomed as an equal, rather than a newbie. Delighted at finally getting the Business Case to a state for wider circulation and soon off my desk. Delighted that one of my major projects may also come to a conclusion next week.
I do:

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Chuffed to have grasped the Business Case by the neck and got it to a state for wider circulation. Hope to have it finalised and submitted by the end of the year.
