My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.
Current Thought:
Quiet day at work. Three short meetings back to back, one in the afternoon and the rest of the day fluffing around. Changed the workout I had planned for a festive session with Leroy. Rested again for the evening. Not physically or mentally capable of much else.
Current Emotion
Purposeful.
Todays Standard:

Has stuff to get done today. Haircut, shopping, admin, workout.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will need to spend time setting up a booking system from scratch as I can’t get into the previous one. That’ll take a bit of time to get my head around.
I feel:
Motivated to tackle a complex task and final workout push before check in tomorrow.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town and back. Workout later.
2) (mind) focus on a complex task.
3) (soul) take time out to relax and refresh.
Future Self Pep Talk:
When you encounter something that upsets you, say “So what?” and shrug your shoulders. It is probably far less important than you believe it to be in the moment.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Grateful for the new team of people I have at work who check in, share information, help out, make sure you have everything you need.
