Manageable

My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.

Current Thought:
A relatively quiet day at work yesterday. I had technical issues all day which prevented me from doing some things I needed to. Hoping that will have resolved itself today. Day 6 of the 12 Days of Christmas challenge done. Used 3kgs and 7.5kgs dumbbells and pleased with progress. A constructive call with our Canada travel buddies. Next batch of hotels to be booked now we’ve agreed where. Then just tv and sleep.

Current Emotion
Manageable.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has a very quiet day at work ahead, so needs to focus on other admin tasks I can do whilst I’m there. I will get to try a new workout from my new cycle at last. Another evening meeting tonight.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I need to keep active and make progress. I need to keep to my workout and meal plans. They’ve been working well this week. I need to not take on any new jobs outside of work.

I feel:
Optimistic. Having taken the pressure off the weightloss it’s actually been working better and I’m now at my lowest since I started using the body composition scales.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) prep course booking forms.
3) (soul) plan activities over the weekend to keep on track with Christmas prep and excercise plans.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Communication is a skill, not a given. Hence, be intentional about sharpening it.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased with progress on my scales. Some new lowest yet stats and good results. Make sure I don’t sabotage them over the weekend.
