My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.
Current Thought:
Despite not much on during the day, I did have quite a productive day. Cleared most of my inbox apart from 3 emails there to remind me to do something next week. Did the first workout in my new cycle and was surprised the warm up was the same; they usually change each time. I checked with the community and apparently it is correct. Shame. Means I have to either keep doing the same one, or have to faff about finding one. The workout itself was pretty intense but I managed it all, and even did the burpees! A meeting in the evening wasn’t too painful, but as I hadn’t been given all the information, I’d wasted my time creating events, unnecessarily. Anyway, at least I didn’t come away with any more actions.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Dresses elegantly for breakfast with friends and former colleagues. Who chooses food wisely and on purpose. Who commits to creating more edible gifts for family. Worksout. Has 2 other meetings this afternoon and evening.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m amazed at how weight has fallen off this week, without really trying. I think taking the pressure off has helped, but I am also choosing more wisely, and declining things.
I feel:
Amazing, pleased, excited. Scales recorded lowest weight and body fat since I started the Body Coach app. Only 2lbs away from my end of year target.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town. Wise choice for breakfast out. Workout later.
2) (mind) two meetings to keep on top of.
3) (soul) have a plan for getting gifts made over the weekend.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Don’t store your emotions; allow them to course through your body and be transformed into other forms of energy.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Thrilled to have dropped to my lowest weight and body fat since I started the Body coach app in March 2023. Don’t screw it up now.
