My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.
Current Thought:
Popped around to parents yesterday morning and got them to sign their forms. Their neighbour came in to countersign them. Then we needed one of them sighed by one of my sisters, and the other by my brother. We could get T to sign her bit in the afternoon, then that one can be sent off. Will get the other one sorted next weekend. C and I went into town and used a voucher from last christmas to have lunch at the Tiptree Jam shop for a change. We bought some bits in town. The district carol service was in the afternoon. About 32 people were there so we made a decent fist of it. Got T to sign her bit of the form. Dad had come and bought the cheques with him. So their health LPA’s are ready to go. Dinner when we got home, then vegging on the sofa for the evening.

I am a woman who:
May or may not have ringing this morning. Still waiting for confirmation. Big pile of ironing. Food prep for next week. One meeting in the afternoon. Another in the evening. Sort out some of my baking stuff that still needs putting away in the new kitchen cupboards. Maybe wrap some christmas gifts.
Todays Sweet Spot:

I need to get organised and be methodical about getting things done today.
I feel:
Inexplicably wound up already about next week’s family gathering and how it’s going to be.
I do:
1) (body) maybe a walk into town. Lots of chores today so little time if any, to fit in a workout.
2) (mind) Busy day, but no need to feel overwhelmed by it all.
3) (soul) get things done and out of the way.

Train your mind, emotions, and body to confront life’s hurdles.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Getting mum and dad’s legal documents sorted for them to save hassle later on. Grateful to C who has pretty much done it all and get everything in the right order.
