My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.

Current Thought:
A full on day yesterday. Started moving baking equipment into the new cupboard. Walked into town for ringing. Big pile of ironing out of the way. Wrapped presents. After dinner did my food prep for the week ahead. One meeting about social media didn’t give us the answers we wanted. Another meeting about budgets gave us a good plan for the year ahead. Ate too much throughout the day, so the weekend fully undid all the gains I’d made.

Current Emotion
Flat.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Doesn’t really have too much to do during the day, but will look for opportunities to progress projects where I can. Will do a workout this evening. Week 3 of the 12 Days of Christmas challenge. Then practice night ringing.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
There maybe new SOSI content to watch, and other ways I can keep myself busy today.

I feel:
A bit flat after too much food over the weekend and not enough exercise.

I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) new SOSI content and keep my mind busy.
3) (soul) plan in this weeks workouts.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Remember, what you do most days matters infinitely more than what you do occassionally.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Got lots done yesterday. Didn’t feel overwhelmed, just drifted from one thing to the next.
