My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.
Current Thought:
I watched the second SOSI Curated Year workshop yesterday, then used Al to help me fill in my Worksheet and suggest words based on it, for my WOTY. It suggested “flourish” which at first I thought was a bit flowery, but when I read the reasoning it gave, actually encapsulated my thoughts about next year quite well, so I think I’ll go with it. At work I sat through a workshop in the afternoon which helped shape the direction of phase 2 of one of my projects. After a workout the evening was spent watching tv and napping.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has lots to do this weekend and needs to write a complete shopping list for baking, get R’s bedroom cleared, and some admin done.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have another quiet day at the office, so will need to find useful ways to spend my time. Will workout later and then plan meals for the coming week.
I feel:
Whilst I have nothing much to do at work, I have plenty to do at home and would rather be doing that.
I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) find ways to keep busy.
3) (soul) food menus for next week.
Future Self Pep Talk:
There will always be more to do, and always more that can be done.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Signed off from one project. Even if phase 2 goes ahead, which is highly unlikely, I won’t be around to deal with it.
