Relieved

My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.

Current Thought:
As expected, a quiet day yesterday. A couple of meetings most of which were just for information. I had an early lunch time walk accompanied by a colleague. We’d been chatting about how much time we spend sat down at work, and I said that’s why I make a point of going for a walk, so I invited him along. Obviously it was a slower walk than I usually do on my own, but it was nice to have someone to chat to, and I found out more about him and his family. I finished a book in the afternoon. Home for a strength workout. A quick bit of admin, dinner, then sit down.

Current Emotion
Relieved.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has a plan for her day, several meetings, some reading, a festive workout, an email to send, may create one of the non-bake edibles tonight to get it out of the way for tomorrow.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will be a bit busier today and will still find time to take care of my body and mind.

I feel:
Relieved its nearly the weekend for me, so I can get on with finishing my edible gifts.

I do:
1) (body) Iunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) meetings, admin, read.
3) (soul) get prepared for a weekend of baking.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You came to life first, so try to prioritise it above all.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Completed week 3 of the 12 Days of Christmas challenge. Not quite sure how I’m going to fit the final week in, but I’ll make room somehow.
