My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.

Current Thought:
Absolutely nothing to do yesterday at work. Spent all day reading; finishing one book and starting another. My old boss popped in and I went for a short walk back to her car with her to stretch my legs, as well as my normal Iunchtime walk. Left a bit early to get to ringing on time. Again, we had 10 people but stuck to ringing on 8. Did the final Christmas challenge workout when we got home. Then, after dinner C got the Christmas tree out of the loft and we put that together, some lights in the hallway, and the wreath on the front door. Sum total of our decorating. At least he was less grumpy today.

Current Emotion
Relaxed.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will have another very quiet day ahead, but R will be home by the time I get back. I will read some more. Walk at lunchtime and if my colleague is actually on site, we might go for a coffee. No workout tonight, just kicking back with R. I will however, submit my resignation email. Then its done.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m looking forward to R being home. To having some time off, and to pressing send on my resignation email.

I feel:
At odds with how I thought I’d feel about resigning. I thought I’d be excited and ready for it, but I feel sad and lonely about it. C’s not asked if I’ve done it yet and has never really shown any enthusiasm for the idea.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk.
2) (mind) read. Find ways to keep myself entertained.
3) (soul) send resignation email. Turn out of office on.

If you have something to share, life skills, knowledge, or kind words, don’t put it off.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleased to have been able to complete the 12 Days of Christmas challenge, especially when I thought I might not have been able to because of ringing.
