My 30 Day Goal is:
Enjoy the Christmas period whilst still taking care of exercise and fueling my body well without missing out.
Current Thought:
A beautiful 6 mile walk yesterday. The sun was shining and after the wind died down it was really rather pleasant. Read in the afternoon, and made same decisions about my social media profiles for the new year. I’m going to stop posting my outfit of the day on Instagram; no one looks at it. I’m going to stop posting this journal to Jetpack; no one reads it. I asked ChatGPT to list me 365 ways to flourish in 2026 with examples, like a daily calendar for the year. I’m going to use that as my main Instagram account and stop posting quotes from Headway, as they seem to be drying up. I’m going to review who I follow and delete any accounts that no longer fit. We used up the rest of the turkey and pigs in blankets for tea, with some baked camembert, and the rest of the Christmas Day dessert. Watched some tv and napped.

has the start of 2026 planned out to curate a year to flourish. Will workout this morning. Pop into town later. Then we have tickets to walk around Glow at Hyde Hall this evening and see the lights.

Today will be pretty chilled out, using up more Christmas food for lunch, then eating at Hyde Hall later.
I feel:
Decisive about how I want 2026 to start, and already putting plans in place.
I do:
1) (body) kettlebell workout first thing. Walk into town. Walk around Glow this evening.
2) (mind) read. Discover more ways to flourish.
3) (soul) chill out and relax.
