Delighted

I’m currently feeling 
Delighted.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Last night’s Valentine’s dinner was better than I thought it might have been. C was actually quite chatty on the way there. I did wonder if we’d run out of things to say by the time we got there. However, we did chat all through our meal about all sorts of things. I planted the idea of sofa shopping next week. He didn’t get his phone out once. For once we weren’t the couple ignoring each other but there were a few of those around us.

I also managed to plant an idea with my boss about something I could be working on whilst she figures out what it is she eventually wants me to do. I think it will work quite neatly so she’s going to discuss it with a couple of others and get back to me. Much more promising though.

My extraordinary goal for the year is…
To be more financially savvy and understand my pensions, savings and investments more to enable me to take early retirement in 2026 and live a luxurious life.

What result will I produce this month?
I have transferred £5,000 to a higher interest paying savings account. I am going to try not to spend any money on Googleplay this month.

My tasks for the day is…
Explain to someone new about risks and monitoring. 121 with my boss who will hopefully have an answer for me by then. Tidy up a few things, then sign off for a week. Will get to do a JWW tonight for the first time in almost a week. Then relax.

What thoughts are holding me back? 
Somehow I’ve done my shoulder in. It gets quite painful during ringing and even if I lay on that side. Need to take it easy with the workout but still maintain some weight. I want to have defined muscles by summer.

What thought will I practice instead?
Don’t overdo it, it’ll make it worse. Drop the weights or just do bodyweight for now.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to my style to embody my future self?
Black trousers, white knitted jumper. V&A bracelet, One & Eight hoop earrings and necklace set. Smart, classic, chic.

What can I remove, elevate, upgrade or add to align with my future self’s environment?
Lunchtime walk and podcast. Healthy eating. Exercise. Plan for next weeks surroundings upgrade.

What am I excited to practice and improve?
Elegant, wealthy looking spaces.
