Expectant

My current feeling:Expectant. My current thoughts are:I started to feel better yesterday. Less sneezing, breathing better, did two workouts without too much problem. Before ringing I’d done some indoor stepping for 30mins to get some extra exercise in. Cleared the ironing pile before lunch. Prepped foodContinue reading “Pleased”

Invested

My current feeling:Invested. My current thoughts are:I want to spend some quality time reflecting on SOSI work. I listen to the podcast, I watch the classes, Q&As and bonus trainings, I print off the worksheets. I vaguely think about the topic, but rarely ever complete the worksheets, or really sit and think about it. EvenContinue reading “Invested”
