I’m currently feeling:Flat. My thoughts creating this feeling:No enthusiasm or energy this morning. Haven’t been able to workout since Sunday. Yesterday’s work experience research testing went well, but meant I ate 12 biscuits and drank more coffee than usual. I got a sugar rush headache at one point so called a stop to testing.
