I followed through with everything yesterday. Went ringing, did the crowing, made my breakfasts and lunches for the week ahead, wrote the report,sent it off and posted it to social media, organised a meeting, read and completed the final week of the Dream Atelier workshop. And still had time to spare.
My desired feeling:
Steadfast.
Thoughts to practice to create my desired feeling:
Last week I scheduled tasks like my work diary for today, as I knoew I didn’t have any meetings and I didn’t want the day to just wander about. I have set certain tasks with different lengths of time allocated so I can make sure I do each one properly. If I can apply the same focussed mind to getting those done today, as I’ve been applying at some, I’ll make some great progress.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body languge and presentation by:
Today I am wearing preachy coloured, tailored trousers and a white blouse. I am wearing my rose crystal necklace, solid knot bracelet and dangly earrings. I ran back upstairs to my wardrobe and tried on a navy jacket over it all to see what it looked like and it went very well, so I shall add that as it’s a bit cooler today. With heels of course. I will stick to my promise to myself and hold myself accountable for getting things done.
I will show up for myself by:
I am dressing similarly to low I see elegant women dress on social media. A light pair of trousers paired with a dark jacket.
I will show up for my extraordinary goal by:
Dressing the part. I instantly felt more elegant once I’d added the jacket.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
finding a nice bowl and spoon at work to eat my homemade soup from rather than the plastic take away tub I’ve put it in to heat through.
Today I am:
Awesome. Elegant. Decisive. Steadfast. Focussed. Determined.

The freedom to be able to make choices. In what I wear, what l eat, what I do, how I spend my time, what I spend my money on.
