I have a meeting today with our Director of Music as he wants our help with a visiting delegation from the Cathedral Choirs Association. He has he come up with a weeks worth of activities for them and ve discussed some time ago about them coming up to watch some bellringing. We need to discuss details of how long we’ve required to fill so we can decide how to do it. Whether we need to do a talk, demonstration ringing, have a go sessions and small groups up to see the bells. Really depends on how long he wants us for and how many of them there are likely to be. It will probably require us to write something for their programme. It will be interesting to hear all about it.
Then I’ve got more media enquiries to deal with. Seem to be more International outlets getting in touch now. Had Germany, Austrian, French, and now us TV requests.

I have some ideas of what we can offer the visitors depending on details. I have another bunch of emails to deal with and need to practice this evenings method.
I’ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Green jeans, lilac tshirt and wine coloured cardigan. Gibraltar bracelet, hoop enmulticoloured necklace and diamond stud earrings. Simple, little bit feminine and practical.
I will show up for myself by:
Allowing myself time for some reading, relaxing and maybe catching up on some SOSI work. Seems like I haven’t done any for ages and feel like I’m slipping back into old, familiar habits.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Rearranging the 4 vases of flowers I still have on the go . Some need throwing out so I shall rearrange wheats left into a new display.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Cracking on with emails and drafting my workgroup annual report for circulation before sending off.

An app I downloaded a while ago that reminds me and gives me workouts to do to strengthen my pelvic floor. I’ve been doing the exercises for 80 days straight and I can attest to it working. I had a sneezing fit the other day and would normally have had, or been worried about having a bit of bladder leakage, but was pleasantly surprised when it all passed uneventfully.
