Complete

I’m currently feeling:
Motivated.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
Testing went well yesterday. There were a few issues found so I’ll hear today what that means. I upgraded to my second cycle at beginners level for JWW so it was time to try the first one when I got home. Got about halfway through and dinner was ready so didn’t get a chance to complete it or do the abs challenge. But, something was better than nothing. There was no ringing practice but we held a silent handling lesson for our 3 learners. They all did really well. And as there was no practice, it meant no pub, so we’d decided to walk into town instead. Extra steps! I slept well!!

My desired feeling:
Complete.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
I want tested to be completed and approved today. I want to try out a different process and check that works ok. I want to complete my JWW for today,  including abs challenge. I want to complete or as near as damn it, my first digitally borrowed book from the library.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Still feeling sleek so gone for the camel coloured bodycon dress and navy rights. No one will see the tights as the dress is long and I’ll have knee high boots on. Gold cuff bracelet, new long necklace and earring set. Sleek, slim (ish) and sexy.

I will show up for myself by:
Committing to my JWW and abs challenge. Trying to make C understand I’ll need about 40 minutes when I get home before dinner to complete it. It should be easier this week as we don’t have to go ringing anywhere.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Another lunchtime walk as the surrounding area. Spring is definitely showing her colours.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Responding to any queries in the inbox. Arranging a site visit to September’s AGM venue and locality for Thursday afternoon.

Today I am:
Sleek.

Today I am grateful for:
C who goes along with all my crazy ideas. He tags along, helps out, gives advice and sometimes gets over involved, but at least he’s supportive and interested.
