My thoughts creating this feeling:
A good day yesterday, even though I forgot we had a Volunteers service at the Cathedral in the aftermoon. I had just finished prepping my lunches when c came to say he was going. Even though I don’t really like church services I made a split decision to go. It was good to represent the bellringers there, then go to the Deanery for a tea and cake session. I was good though, I had a glass of water and one very thin slice of cake!
I did everything else I’d set out to do during the rest of the day and still had time to read and relax.
My desired feeling:
Playful.
My thoughts creating this feeling:
Feeling fresh and ready to go. Probably a combination of the lighter days, warmer weather and feeling fitter and healthier. A day at the office, squeeze in a workout if I can, then a bell handling session for our learners followed by normal practice.
I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
Bright cerise pink trousers and while tshirt. Milina bracelet, rose quartz and gold dangly earrings. Feels fun and playful to wear bright colours. Looks good and feels good too.
I will show up for myself by:
Drinking plenty of water. Not sure I’ve been drinking quite enough. Joe Wicks would suggest 3 litres. I’d usually manage about 2 during the course of a day. 3 might be pushing it.
I will upgrade my surroundings by:
Depending on how the day goes I’ll go for a walk at lunchtime.
I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Respond to anything urgent but otherwise leaving anything else for later in the week.

My ability to not let things get the better of me too much. I can see a positive out of most things and I try not to let anything grind me down. Keeping a positive mental attitude.
