I’m currently feeling:
Luxuriant.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
First proper lay in since I can’t remember when. The radio alarm went off at 7am but we stayed put until it turned itself off again at 8am. We just laid there cuddling. I had a lovely, long, exfoliating shower followed by slathering on plenty of argan oil all over. Felt very decadent. It’s going to be a hot, sunny day today and we’re not doing much until this evening so I’m wearing something very summery and not at all the sort of thing I would normally wear. I will have to change later before we go out. Apart from an interview to record and edit, we have nothing else planned, so plenty of time for reading and relaxing.

My desired feeling:
Sensual.

My thoughts creating this feeling:
All this luxuriousness makes me feel very feminine, elegant and womanly. Wearing clothes I would never dared wear before, revealing more skin to bask in the sunshine. Feeling very relaxed and at ease with an almost feline sensuality, long, languid stretches of the body, moving slowly and sensuously.

I‘ll show up on purpose in my dress, body language and presentation by:
During the day I have a powder blue, shorts jumpsuit, with wrap over top part that reveals more leg than I’m used to, and accentuates my cleavage. I’ve drawn extra attention to the girls by wearing a long necklace that nestles between them. Pointing the way! I will have to change later in to standard jeans and tshirt for ringing, but during the day I can be alluring and sexy.

I will show up for myself by:
Wearing what I want to, and what makes me feel good without feeling like I’m mutton dressed as lamb. I am worthy of feeling good about myself, so I shall.

I will upgrade my surroundings by:
We may well go into town later and I’ll walk in with my head held high. Otherwise, I shall just sit in peaceful, calm.

I will show up for my extra ordinary goal by:
Interviewing the Deputy President today, so need to edit and upload that. Even though it’s the role I have been nominated for, we still need to give others a chance. Whilst I hope I’m the only nominee, it’s always good to give people an option.

A pretty free day to rest, relax and recover. No hurry to rush, no need to panic or worry about much during the day.
