My current feeling:
Chuffed.
My current thoughts are:
Got some of my admin out of the way first thing yesterday. At the funeral I was asked to call a plain course of Cambridge, which considering the rest of the band were all male and far more experienced than myself, I didn’t shy away like I normally would, and did it. Back home I did JWW#4 of the week and managed every rep, every move and thoroughly enjoyed it.
My physical state is:
Feeling fit.
My physical state is a result of:
Enjoying this cycle so much more than the previous one. Also having time in the evenings todo the whole workout rather than cut it short or, do a shorter workout. My arms are definitely feeling it.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Feeling brave enough to swap my winter and sumner wardrobes over. Basically, the only time I have available to do it before the family gathering, where I’ll pass on anything I no longer want to my sister.
2) Clear some more admin tasks.
3) C and I are going to the cinema this evening for the first time in ages. Not necessarily a film we felt we must see, but something to do as we don’t have to be anywhere else today.
My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.
I am a woman who:
is practicing her Italian every morning.
Today I will let go of:
Hurry.
Today I choose to add:
Calm.
My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Although it rained most of yesterday, and we were at a funeral most of the day, it was quite pleasant. The service was over the top but I got to ring and call something, we chatted with several people at the wake.
The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I didn’t go overboard with the buffet. I genuinely did enjoy my workout. This cycle seems so much easier than the last and slightly shorter, meaning I’m able to fit them in more. Also keeping up with the plank challenge so far.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
I want to buy a big journalling book so I can write all my SOSI notes up rather than having scraps of paper laying about. I haven’t and what I want yet but will have another look later.
Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Today is the day to do lots of sorting out.
