Grateful

My current feeling:
Grateful.

My current thoughts are:
Bank Holiday tomorrow, so another day off, albeit Association AGM day, so not really a free day. However, that does mean less angst today. I’ll still do all my usual Sunday activities, including food prep for the rest of the working week ahead. May even get another workout in, 6 out of 6. Got a call lined up with R this evening, so looking forward to hearing all her news.

My physical state is:
Energised.

My physical state is a result of:
Did workout #5 last night. Am really enjoying this cycle and every workout has been marked as a favourite. Walked into town twice yesterday, so got plenty of steps in too.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Start rewriting up SOSI notes in my new notebook.
2) Food prep for the working week ahead.
3) Talk with R and hear all her news.

My desired emotion for today is:
Reflective.

I am a woman who:
Answers the questions.

Today I will let go of:
Blocking my thoughts and feelings.

Today I choose to add:
Growth.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Sorted out my winter and summer wardrobes yesterday and have another bag of clothes to pass to my sister. She always has first dibs on anything, then I leave it to her to sell or donate the rest.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
I have less to get rid of this time as I had a major cull last time I did it, and have bought fewer clothes.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Friendliness.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
There will be plenty of people around tomorrow, so I can avoid those I don’t want to speak to.
